only care about constant bandwidth
I only care about constant bandwidth. I need 5mb/s more or less at all times. Just my private proxy and a vpn tunnel for some work.
I don't even really care about latency. So...
Constant reliable speed.

What is your budget? Any preference for location? Constant 5mbs comes out to be quite a lot for a small 128mb ram VPS.

Are you saying you need to be able to do 5MB/s (50~ Mbps) at any time?
Or do you need 5MB/s all the time? (this is equal to roughly 16,000 GB transferred!)vanVPS Hosting | Vancouver Canada KVM VPS | 100% Uptime SLA

Maybe I'm only needing 5Mbps. I'm trying to stream a video at random times, but when I need to stream it, I need it to work good. Its interface is a kiosk, so only 1 user at a time.
So its not really "all the time" I just don't know exactly when those times will be.

I don't think 5mbps is much of a concern to push out under any vps.

You'll have a problem looking for that if you are looking for a constant 5mbps. But if youll just use it from time to time then most vps providers out there can provide that.

Sounds like what you need is similar to that of an ISP, whereas you need to be able to use 5mbps at any given time, but you wont need that 24/7 which as aforementioned, would be a large sum of bandwidth.

5Mbps wouldn't be a problem for the majority of VPS providers. I would recommend asking a company's sales staff before ordering to make sure they can accommodate your needs.
