What is the problem exactly???
Hello
i have integrated my VPS to my WHMCS Billing software
everything seems to be OK
in WHMCS my server is working properly.
But when any of my customer create an order, and i manually accept order.
It take too much time to accept order and in the end
ends with this error
Request Timeout
This request takes too long to process, it is timed out by the server. If it should not be timed out, please contact administrator of this web site to increase 'Connection Timeout'.
What you think? what is the problem exactly?☆☆ RoyalNode Web Hosting☆☆ In Business Since 2018 (3 Years)

Hello,
Does your server itself have any timeout issues or is it just when you are accepting orders in WHMCS?
Anyway, I think its best you contact WHMCS support at their helpdesk

This usually occurs when there is a firewall blocking the connection, it could also be DNS related or when the server is offline/has packet loss.
Ensure that you have setup the Server in WHMCS correctly, ping the server to ensure it is pinging and there isn't any packet loss.
Probably this is not a WHMCS issue but an issue with your Server. If you send me a PM with more information i could if you want look into this.

Also what VPS control panel are you using? Does your server have VPS's currently or is it empty?

I my guess would be either firewalling or maybe the incorrect IP address put into the API on the SolusVM master. If you are on a server with multiple IP addresses assigned to it and you have a dedicated IP address the outbound traffic usually still uses the main IP address of the server not necessarily your dedicated IP. I would find out what the main IP on the server is and try putting that in as the IP address for the API user on SolusVM.

Good stuff.
It is best to install SSL cert for the hostname on a Shared server. All of your clients can access their email using SSL then. So you can add SSL on server and then leave SSL box checked in WHMCS.
Also be sure to use the remote access key instead of using the password.HostXNow - Shared Web Hosting | Semi Dedicated Hosting | Enterprise Reseller Hosting | VPS Hosting

You really should use SSL connections. I have it checked and it's working fine. You should find out exactly why your server isn't allowing SSL connections. Perhaps the firewall, both your cPanel server and your WHMCS server, isn't allowing port 2087.
Unchecking SSL worked, but is not the right solution to your problem.
