    * Looking for 2 x euro vps for ssl vpn

Looking for 2 x europe vps with the following specs or better
2 x in different Locations, so if one goes down can route traffic to other vps.

    HDD - 1 GB
    Memory - 256 MB
    Bandwidth - 200 GB
    CPU - 300 MHZ
    IPS - 10x IPV4 IP Addresses

KVM / OpenVZ / Cloud / Xen (PV - HVM) - All Will work fine.

    Budget $20 / month

Server will be used for SSL VPN, and email ports will be blocked. (Firewall FTW)
    IPS have valid ripe/arin justification.

Also in about a week or two will need a 2 x usa vps with same setup.

    EDIT:

Wait ... no ... I missed the IP part of the request!

Good luck getting 10 IP addresses, even with justification.
The IP address space alone will probably eat up your $20 budget.

Most of the host allowed VPN.
Based on your requirements it seems that you required custom build VPS.

That's fine. I know the real cost of a plate of food is about $1 at any restaurant. But because I'm only buying a plate worth -- not a whole restaurant worth -- I don't get a bulk discount. My plate of food is therefore $10.

I think I'm being fully realistic.

that's a VPS cluster... most providers won't allow you to use the IPs in such a way... actually i'm not aware of any provider that will allow you to use the IPs this way...

I guess the 20$/VPS budget is ok... but not for what you wish to accomplish...

I have a server in texas that people connect to,
Then it routes traffic to other servers, if it notices a node going down.
It will move to another node.

People today so angry on WHT about IPV4, we all know the reason why we are short.
And its not because of 10 ips on a vps.

Common people we have companies with /8's that we know for dam sure can work fine with a /18.
I can rage for days @ a list of companies that i know for a fact don't use 50% or more of there ips, but in the end i will get no where. Arin/Ripe needs to Audit simple as that.

Don't rage @ the little guy that wants to actually utilize a few ips, when there are guys that have fat ranges of 1000's of ips NOT BEING USED or even bound to a server.

They can't - These /8s are Internic/Milnic pre-RIR space and dont need to be returned to the RIRs in ANY case, even when v4 is completely dry.
    FYI.

As I keep saying -- imminent domain law may come into play at some point in the future.

Haha, yes, i'd really like to see how you tell Level3, the US DoD and the UK DoD to renumber to ARIN/RIPE space - that will be too funny to watch.

They'd sooner go after the likes of Ford, IBM, AT&T, and others. The ones that are basically cybersquatting IPv4 space. What will NOT happen is for IPv6 to magically start working, or for people to just say "oops, not enough addresses, sorry, no more servers". Something has to give, and eminent domain proceedings are one possibility.

Going to agree IP4 addresses aren't cheap. don't forget euro .. -> 1 will set you back more then 1$
And believe me it isn't cheap not for the clients nor for hosts.
Unless they have a few ranges laying around from the early days..

But you shouldn't have any problem find a hosts for that budget per vps :p

Soon i will be looking for 2 usa vps as well, if you could post those as well that would be nice.
