I have about 40GB of data on my VPS through Cpanel i want to back this up to my Windows VPS but i dont have enough space on my Linux VPS with cpanel to backup the 40gb and store it in my linxu then transfer it to FTP. Is there a way i can directly or a way i can transfer everything through FTP making sure i dont loose any files or what not?

Apparently SmartFTP has a limit of sorting only 10k files, but i have about 130k. How can i download this much through FTP without a problem since i have no room to do a cpanel backup?

Try with Filezilla.

Well would there be an issue to files not downloading properly say i change it to unlimited and download straight 150k files?

FTP is slow but it can do the job I think.
