Enotch, please let me get data back
For 7-day down (maybe longer), I can't wait anymore. (Last down time over 15 days)

We also have offsite backups of all VPS and Dedicated Server data in the event that a customer should require this in the interim.
My expectation is to have service up and running again as early as tomorrow - EST. (Feb 2)
Your client area is unaccessable yet.10+ servers & 10+ VPS's

This is why personal backups are so important. Hopefully enotch can get things back online soon but it is looking not so good at the moment.

Same issue for me, I was doing daily backup but some files were not backed up...
I hate that they doesn't provide any update, not sure if they are still working on solving the issue or if they really ran away.

I guess they've mentioned that data is still intact, maybe having patience will do good. Once you get your data back would be worth for you to find another home for your VPS.
