The title is correct in that the 512MB RAM + 512MB VSwap of Warp 1 equals 1GB of total usable memory for $4/month.

Well, I ordered a New York VPS (WARP 2 - $8/month) but I haven't got anything after I sent the 8 bucks ... no welcome email, no vps details.
So it isn't really instant or mayb AlienLayer has got some issues idk.
Anyway please setup my vps coz I wanna use it - I choosed u guys because u promised "INSTANT Setup".
Thanks in advance!

Hi, I see that your VPS was setup instantly however for some reason our billing system failed to issue your welcome email. I have just resent it to you.

Ordered 3 days ago and still today my VPS is not installed with the CPANEL.
I don't expect things to be instant, but If the only way to get support is to post here at WHT first asking to reply to my ticket.
I want my money back.
Extremely poor support, Stay away!

Cpanel was activated immediately and may be installed from our premade Cpanel OS templates. We do assist with installation however when requested it is on a first come, first serve basis and may take some time if there are a lot of requests ahead of you which in this case there are. Please PM me your ticket number and I'll see to it that your issues get rescued today.

Bad customer support
Greetings!
I opened a high priority ticket about a problem with my new webhosting and it took them three days to answer.
Their services are quite good, I must say.
The problem lays in support - it is horrible.
I posted here only because I want a faster response to a high priority ticket. Will you manage to reply (to my ticket, not here) in ... let's say ... two days?
