One year review of JaguarPC.com
For around a year ago I was looking for a host for my backup sites. A VPS I can use my DNS Failover service on. Price was a big factor her, and I did choose JaguarPC from their good offers here at WHT.
I got a Linux VPS Plus plan with 25 GB disk, 512 MB RAM, and 1000 GB BW with Plesk Control Panel 9.5 30 domain. The offer doubled my RAM to 1 GB of RAM and 3000 GB BW. The price was $19/mo
At the beginning I had some issues with their support and my VPS was not working great. They did not treat me like a customer, and did come with comments about me as a complaining customer, and they did it open in the tickets.
I was on my way to leave them, then I get an explanation and a “Im sorry” from the tech, the admin etc. They offered me over a year of free service, and I have not paid anything since April, last year. Have free service to July 2012.
Because of this I have naturally not got any plan upgrades. I want more disk space, but since I’m not paying anything, I can not ask for it.
The VPS has worked pretty good all the time. Some issues, but they have been fixed.
Compared with the support team of FutureHosting.com – JaguarPC.com had pretty slow support. They uses some hours, there FutureHosting uses minutes.
Still, I think I will stay with JagaurPC.com for my backup sites, also after July. Maybe try to get them the increase the size of my disk space some.My Top 20 benchmark list (and review site)

Yes, I do now want to give them A+ on the support part yet, I think they use more time then they need to on most of the tickets I create.
But on the other hand, they always solve my problems, so they are not bad.
Do I really have to report my domain/IP? I have been a member here for 7 years, and I have never wrote a review without using the company. I'm using Futurehosting.com for my main sites, and uses JagaurPc.com as a backup for all my sites. I have DNS Fail Over service from DNS Made Easy.My Top 20 benchmark list (and review site)

This is offtopic, but it's years since the last time I had to report any IP/domain when I make a review here at WHT. Who need that I validate my IP? I have never got so much as a warning the last 7 years here at WHT. And the host can easily find who I'm are, because my username.

They do take care of loyal customers, I got my a 10 GB disk uograde free of charge today.(I asked them in a ticket).
So their trying, and have earn my trust so far.
Only hoping they reply/solve ticket faster then they do today, and their servers/network getting more stable day for day,My Top 20 benchmark list (and review site)
