　I don't know if I can ask here.

　I want to use Wowza to streaming H.264 mp4 to my coustomers.
I need upload my files to service space which is supply by provider,
and maybe need a UI to management the play list.
(or how can edit play list and upload it?)

　If anyone can suggest a good service and price provider?

You may want to look at www.istreamlive.com for that. Or if you really wanted to you could just run your own Wowza instances, which may prove to be more difficult than just going with someone like iStreamLive.

I'm not live/TV broadcast,just Video,
I want find a Video streaming provider in US northwest or southwest
like this kind

no matter it use RED5, Wowza or Adobe,

But not just VOD,
I need set it can auto replay all my video all time,
so I need a broadcaster/Encoder support..

So If any provider you know/suggest,that I can contact them?

iStreamLive can do just that, and you wont find any streaming company that can match what they do. I even believe they have a broadcaster.

Akamai, Limelight Networks, etc....all of which would probably be 10x more.
