Linux Server Management Needed

We require Server Management for TWO Linux based servers. Only Server Management companies (no individuals) may apply/contact us.

We require support on a 24/7 basis.

Our ticket load would probably be 5 to 10 tickets per month. Maybe less.

We have a query as follows (I'll do my best to draw the servers)

[Internet] -> [Firewall Server] -> [Apache with mod-security Server] -> [Reverse Proxy Server] -> [Origin Servers]

We are looking for a company to administer the following Servers:

1. Firewall Server (you can run ANY variant of Linux on it, that you are most comfortable with and install ANY Firewall software). The ONLY requirement is that we are able to send out logs, via syslog or SNMP etc. so that our contracted security company can monitor the logs in realtime. This is imperative (the Syslog setup part).

Our "rules" are VERY VERY simple. Nothing complicated at all. Only 3-4 services to be allows:

HTTPS service (from ANY IP)
SSH and Telnet from Certain IPs

That's it!

2. Apache Server (in reverse proxy mode (we think?) running ANY variant of Linux (that you are comfortable with), running the commercial rules of mod_security). The ONLY requirement is that we are able to send out logs, via syslog or SNMP etc. so that our contracted security company can monitor the logs in realtime.

An SSL certificate would need to be installed on this server.

All incoming request to be directed to the Reverse proxy server.

That's it. Only ONE sub-domain is to be administered. Nothing else.

We will RARELY if ever change this setting.

There is NO control panel on these servers.

What we are looking is for someone to setup these machines (in a reputable Cloud Datacenter). As and when we open a ticket, to add/edit/delete the firewall rules. Make sure both the servers (Firewall and Apache/with mod_security) are able to send out logs (vis syslog) or some other method (snmp?) to our security company to monitor the servers in real-time.

It goes without saying you would be required to lock down the server (the regular services that most companies here on WHT provide).
