How to customize cpanel remote backup cronjob runtime ?
Hi all ,
I want to know how can i customize cpanel remote backup cronjob runtime ?
I would like my remote backup run on 14 o'clock instead of 1 o'clock (default cpanel configuration)
Thanks a lot.

The best way to set the cronjob time in cPanel for running backups is.
- WHM Main >> cPanel >> Manage Plugins
Install cronconfig
- Then go to Main >> Plugins
Configure cPanel Cron

Edit the crontab which you can do via SSH, command is 'crontab -e' and you should be able to see the line which says /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/cpbackup - change the time to whatever you want it to be

You can also write a PHP script by using cPanel's API. This API allows you to use every kind of cPanel features without using WHM admin area. well, you know it depends on your coding style. if you need any help about APIs, please let me know mate. i can help you. regards
