even google profile shows recommended link kazeeboo.. some anime thing.. coincidence?... then Malaysia is in Asia maybe thats where Young name is coming from too? Its either identity theft.... or these guys scamming all this from Asia.... cmon if you ever lived in the US any of sites like spokeo would list something abt you.... if you IT professional as scammer Zulkhairi Aliasan claims... you would have some sort of online presence?

FYI I'm from Malaysia. Not all Asians are scammers, EU, US have scammers as well, but not all of them. I'm not trying to be racist, but apparently the one who's scamming you guys are a Malay guy, and most of the Malays do negative stuffs on the internet, scamming, spamming, phishing etc. The number stated on their WHOIS (+60.165768674) is a mobile number in Malaysia, using Digi's service. In your country i'd file a police report for scamming on the internet, but in Malaysia? The "cops" are pure idiots and know nothing about IT. They are inefficient and pretty useless when it comes to when you are filling a report against a Malay guy, because 99% of the "cops" in Malaysia are Malays. You need to pay them some amount of cash which what we called "coffee-money"

    Thanks Ventrix..

i didn't say all asians are scammers.. .. lots of things come fro europe.. too.. I just say someone who is or uses asian credentials most likely from somewhere there.. .. I think its easier that way.. and even if you in one of the countries..in EU its easier to pay some homeless person couple $$ and get company registered under their name.... So not sure if Malay dude is even the one that claims under that name..

If it has any connection with same ppl in Kazetech.. just take data when you can and run.. .. make complaint on paypal get as much money as you can... Sorry I got burned by these companies 3 times (voltVPS, Kazetech..etc) and now as soon as my finances allow I am getting some physical server.... Most of these cheapos companies don't even have address listed.. or phone... they get cpl hundred ppl .. get some money and then runs away...

According to PayPal I have to return the items, which I marked in the claim as 'Virtual Goods'
    - Anyway, BreatHost's address on PayPal is:
    Dieselstraße 37
    BreatHost
    60314 Frankfurt
    Germany

    Hello,
PayPal actually sides with the seller (BreatHost) 99% of the time with Non Tangible Goods.

That wasnt what I meant. Even though the claim is marked as a Virtual Good they are still asking for my parcel tracking number.

May I ask how long it has been since you sign up for their hosting?

Then I hate to say, you will have almost no chance of recovering any funds via PayPal, Sometimes PayPal may side with the buyer if the purchase was made in the psst 45 days (its rare but has happened).

Your best course of action is to move on to another host.

    7 x 2 = 14
Well within the 45 day period.
I have already moved to another host.

No, it would be from the initial point of purchase (3-4 months ago)

I have already checked with them and they are willing to refund the money. Just waiting for them to bypass the returns check. Each month I am paying for the product and recieving it.
