VPS Recommendation: I'm Using Hostgator!
Hello!
I'm using Hostgator's VPS with 4 nodes.
I have a Wordpress blog with 110k views per month that has a dynamic content, and quite a handful of plugins, the problem is the website loads very slowly!
Most of my users are from the Philippines and I'm considering VPS.net's GEO hosting and choose Tokyo.
Could you help testify my statements?

How many plugins do you have on your WP blog?
How much RAM do you currently have with HG? Are you hitting it's limits?

Thanks for considering us. As a note, our Geo hosting is not yet available in Tokyo. If you'd like to go with our Tokyo datacenter, you can use our Cloud Servers.

So Cloud Server but the datacenter will be in Tokyo?

Our cloud server user can choose any of our 6 locations. Geo hosting is not yet setup to use our Tokyo location and is instead limited to Atlanta, Salt Lake City, London and Amsterdam.

Is it slow due to the VPS is under powered?

That I do not know. I guess it might be due to slow because of the latency. But how can I really determine that?

Latency. Dallas to Asia isn't optimal on speeds.

You have to think about it like this, is it loading slow for your viewers or just you?
If its just you and fast for your Philippines then I say say where your at and let it be.
