Was wondering if anyone had a list of isp's with an rdns panel that allows you to modify it whenever you want? Or can recommend me some good ones? Thanks.

I know Snelserver do, with RIPE contact panel too.
Many providers are pretty fast at submitting entries manually though.

Thank you for all the suggestions. Some of my clients need this done and others don't. I would rather have a provider that will let me take care of it myself so I don't have to wait on it. Thanks and please keep them coming as I am still researching, appreciate it.

There are hundreds or even thousands of dedicated server hosts that will offer this.
I would recommend just contacting the one(s) you are interested in and asking their pre-sales whether they offer what you need.

I realize there are probably many, which is why I asked, because many of you have already worked with a lot of these service providers. This is a forum where we can share information no?

You expect me to look up thousands of ISP's and then talk to their online chat to see if they provide this? Yikes.

Of course, but I would assume it's better if you first make a shortlist of ISPs based upon your requirements (Location, pricing, support, hardware, setup time, etc.) and then further limit them down by things like RDNS automation.

There are tons of providers that can offer you this, which is why I think nobody is really bothering with specifics.

A provider might not specifically have a panel for you, but many will be happy to delegate rdns to you, then you can run your own dns service on your box, or you can outsource it to a professional dns provider for a couple bucks and they'll give you a pretty panel. Depending on how they offer it to you it might just be via cnames, or it could be through ptr records.

Check out powerdns, it's easy to install and will give you the interface you want: http://wiki.powerdns.com/trac

If you're going to be submitting a million requests to their tech support dept it's far easier for them to just delegate the rdns service

That would only work if he purchases a /24 with the provider, as you can't delegate a smaller range to different nameservers.
