I've always referred to retailmenot, if it's not there I usually ignore the other coupon/spam sites.

How do you get accepted ? I am yet to find a way to submit my own coupons. And I do think that some of them might draw a few customers.

The best way is to make an affiliate program with big affiliate networks like cj, shareasale, etc. From there you can post the coupon inside the admin and all your affiliates will receive the coupon ( and place it on their site ).

To me it is easier this way cause you work less.
