Hello everyone, (first post) I am interested in switching my VPS service over to URPad and I was wondering what some current customers opinions were. I have looked around already but have mixed opinions of some of the things I've read.

So if i could hear some honest, customer opinions of URPad or also cs-squad.net that would be great. My questions are more or less the following:
1. Quality? Are their servers slow or down often?
2. Setup time? Are they known for being days or weeks behind?
3. Customer Service? Do they listen and respond or ignore their customers?
4. In general what is the quality of their hardware, connections, uptime, services, etc...

Thanks for your interest, it is important to remember that we acquired URPad.net on July 28, 2011 so any reviews prior that date were reviews made when URPad.net was under previous management.

We had a somewhat bumpy transfer, but Shortly after we worked out all of internal issues left behind, we have made drastic changes and have only heard excellent feedback ever since

100mbps works fine. 100% uptime. no complains
