Ngnix plugin saves you the time and pain of installing and configuaring ngnix on multiple server. Also it is easy for those who are not used to with command lines. If you are good with linux and know your system by heart then you can download, compile and configure nginx from scratch.

I have tested http://nginxcp.com its good and works fine, it install nginx and configure everything for you, plus it gives a nice interface in WHM to control it, you can even edit the configurations an vhosts using it. And it is free.

i have read several review about Nginx + share hosting
no strong idea about it
is it work on share hosting env. or only on certain website ?
also is it need external plugin like suhosin or ... ?
is it better to install manually ? (base centos + nginx + apache and ... .i mean without panel like cpanel da or kloxo)

Previous mentioned plugins are for cPanel, there is one for DA too if I remember well.
If its a raw Linux server without any control panel, I am afraid you will have to do it manually.
Nginx is good whether you are running single site or shared, but you should remember that several functions from Apache do not work with Nginx like .htaccess, mod_rewrite, directory protection, you will have to look for workaround solutions.
If you can explain what exactly you are trying to achieve, members here will be able to provide better suggestions.

If you have 10 websites on a server it is shared hosting though the server is dedicated to yourself. Technically those 10 sites are sharing one server. Since you have it for your own use hence you are free to certain level to decide if something is good for you or not.
As far as nginx is concerned, it will make those sites somewhat faster and will be able to handle more connections.
If you are concerned about speed and performance you have few other options too:
1) Litespeed http://litespeedtech.com/litespeed-w...-editions.html
2) Varnish http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1017369
3) Get your server optimised by a competent admin.
Compare all of them along with Nginx and see which one suits you most.
