My partner and I have been hosted at mchost for the past year+ and are no longer satisfied with quality of support offered.

We would appreciate any comments you would have on freestylehosting, since their plans would seem to meet our needs and the prices seem reasonable.

Thanks for any feedback. May well post requirements in the requests forum also, but still would appreciate any feedback.

In another thread I read it was preferable to have support options other than e-mail or chat. I tend to agree, although have never had occasion to use it (maybe because it wasn't there).
Freestyle doesn't seem to have a published telephone number.

More tips?

Personally, I have never needed a telephone number to contact my hosts. So IMO, a telephone number is not important.

I heared some good things about FreestyleHosting, you may want to search this forum for more comments on their services.
