Hello All,
I am just curious, that some of well named hosting compnay offers percentage discounts, double the Space & BW etc. for their Reseller plans, Dedicated plans etc. due to Xmas / New Year-2012 even though they have good business but why Hostgator never announce this type of attractive offers?
Why???? Do they don't want any more business? or??????......
I am sure that, if Hostgator announce this type of attractive offer, he can get more business due to their excellent service (I believe)!
Pls. share your opinion/suggesstion!

I don't know about now but last I seen host gator is slowing business sells to help provide better support due to sysadmin limitations and so on. But its been a while since I've read that blog post. But I did notice one thing. I don't see hostgator as much as I used to on the web. All though they are still there quite a bit lol.

Hostgator will always be here. No matter if they have promos or not they will make sales too I believe. They do still have that 1 cent first month going on.

I remember last year they did some crazy black Friday special that brought down their main website server because so many people were trying to get the discount.

Maybe because the SOPA cases ?
I would rather spend my times for other provider offer instead of wondering why hostgator is not doing their weekly promotion

Why don't you open a ticket and ask for the founder of hostgator. He will personally talk to you and get things fixed.

You can ask to get it escalated to the owner. Else he's also on the forum, and he publicly share an email you can write to in case of problems as far as I remember.
