One of our customers need a Windows server with Sharepoint License.
We choose server from iWeb but this company don't offer share point license.

where I can bought share point license ?

If the SharePoint installation can use SharePoint Foundation then a license is not required. Microsoft has a installer for SharePoint Foundation that is intended to be used by service providers. Here is the link: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/ff520689
