Just for the record, your paypal description renewed (as it does every thirty days). You opened a paypal dispute after it renewed for $11.00 the 2nd month.

Our TOS states that a client must provide 30 days notice before the due date if you wish to cancel services. You did not, then you launched a false dispute to paypal about not receiving services when you had them for over a month.

Rather than fight the case with paypal for $11.00, our sales rep (out of pity) felt sorry for you and refunded the money back even though, legally, we did not have to.
At least he was honest in his paypal refund note

First,we must clear,I didn't want to cancel any VPS any more.
But,in fact,my VPS and account(in your site)had been gratuitously deleted without any notice for me.
So,we can see the truth(described in PayPal already)
