Looks good however your CSS needs some editing for your client area.

.footerdivider {
border-top: 1px solid #e8e8e8;
width: auto;
}

Also change width of .topbar .fill to auto.

That should take care of your nav bar and footer extending past your wrappers on your client area.

Of course! Be sure to let me know if that works for you. Other than that your site looks pretty nice. You might want to have the partners icons that are scrolling on the right ... scroll somewhere else. Perhaps span the page scrolling? The way it is right now doesn't look very good.

Navbar Width Changing is actually not working for me. tried several time. but still show as same as it is.
and for Partner Icons, Thanks a lot for the point. i was also thinking to move them somewhere else.

Okay it seems that you don't have a wrapper actually around the WHMCS content. Add a wrapper div right before the start of the nav bar, and then add the closing div in the footer which contains all of WHMCS inside that wrapper in which you shouldn't have the issue anymore.

I would redo the sliding banners, moving content which is at the bottom centre of the slides up or to the side so content isn't covered by the navigation arrows.
