Simple PHP Script Request

I was wondering if someone here would be gracious enough to write a php script that would take the basic information from a customer (Name, Address, etc), write it to a mysql database and then have the customer redirected to a 2checkout link. I'm horrible at php. Thanks for the assistance!

Doug

The only problem is that mcrypt() is needed and I have tried installing it several times with no luck.

Hmm ok I might be opening a touchy subject here. But I'm assuming you're about to start a hosting company? If your servers are managed or you're a reseller then have your dedicated supplier/reseller supplier do this for you. If your servers are owned/managed by you then, no offense, but I'd be scared as hell to run a hosting company if no one on staff was capable of installing mcrypt.

I actually do own a webhosting company. We just moved from Win2k Adv. Server to Linux.
