I have ordered the logo the 19th, paid the $25 fee and have yet to receive any type of work from them yet (Once I have submitted info, e-mail requesting payment within ~2 hours, after that been upto 12 hours at times). Site states 2 business days but we are at the 10 day mark right now.

I have moved on and taken the $25 as a loss but buyer beware.
