Sorry to hear about your experience. The domain has been registered longer than 60 days correct?

Just to confirm, you initiated a domain transfer 8 days ago and the domain still hasn't been released?

His domain is unlocked and he has gotten his EPP code. The issue is the domain expired last week and his whois information has no email listed under the registrant contact so he is not getting the email to approve the transfer from the new registrar. It is nothing on our end that we can help him with. He refuses to renew with us to update his contact information.

I give them 1 week ago the email of my new registrar !
17 days and they still failed to transfer my domain ,i losse my site ,i lose money ! how gonna pay for this incompetence ?

Check this ticket : http://img805.imageshack.us/img805/9532/49924930.png

PS : I waiting a answer from the other ticket for 1 week ,seeing that they do not answer, i opened another ticket.

I refuse to update my domain with you becouse i dont have money in my paypal account ,and I buy the transfer from a company from my country with SMS. I think this is the reason that you dont wanna transfer my domain !

Yes management is working on this. It takes time to communicate with your new registrar.

My worry is before long you wont be able to renew your domain because you let it expire and didn't allow enough time for transfer. The big issue is that you have no contact email listed under your registrant contact on the domain. This is why you are not getting the email to confirm the transfer.

My domain has expire on 12 December but my first ticket to cirtex was on 8 december, check this image :

The EPP code has been confirmed by the registrar that it is correct. I am not management so I am not contacting your new registrar, a member of management is. I have asked them for an update to this.

Yes your domain expired and due to it expiring the whois contact information can not be updated. Since you have NO email listed under the registrant contact there is no where for the new registrar to send the approval email for the transfer. That is why you are not getting the link to confirm the transfer and why it is not completed yet.

My suggestion to you as I stated on live chat and in tickets before is to renew your domain with us, update your contact information, and then restart the transfer process.

Nice, you dont transfer my domain in that 4 days becouse now you suggest me to renew my domain with cirtex ... i prefer to wait another 34 days and re-register that domain than to renew from the "thieves" as cirtex.

I don't have email, like you say,but you are my register ,the email can go to your email andress ,and you to forward that email to my adress... but no ... you don't wanna transfer my domain, becouse i don't renew it with cirtex.

The email has not come to us, I check for it everyday. When I first talked to you on chat I suggested that you renew the domain with us so you can update your contact information. It is not something I am suggesting for the first time now.

I have asked management for an update on your domain and I will get back to you as soon as I hear from them.

When you transfer a domain the email is set to the Registrant email address listed on your contact information and whois lookup. This is where there is NO EMAIL listed. So the email will not come to us. It simply goes nowhere. That is why I suggested renewing with us and then updating the information.

why you don't solve the transfer of that domain in the first 4 days ?
whose fault is that I don't have my email address in whois ? is not yours? You have registered for the first time my domain. Why you request the email of my new register ? If the only way to transfer my domain is to renew it with cirtex take your mind of,that will never happen, so I prefer to wait another 34 days until my domain will disabled to re-register.
