Which platform are you running your Windows VPS on?

I would like to recommend XEN. It has good performance and Speed. I don't think you will find better than XEN.

There is also VMware server which is free, and ESXi. For windows I would always recommend VMware, xen or KVM, in that order.

My recommendation goes to Xen. I've always found it to be the most robust, and also the easiest to manage.
