We3Cares Review - Highly Recommended for Helpdesk Support
We have signed up semi dedicated support through we3cares to assist us in our help desk client support with one of our projects and I have to say they have been a great asset. We have have used their service for about 2 months now. They are extremely quick to answer client tickets and all tickets are answered personally by the tech, not an automated system. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing to additional support.
