Well if you are having many sites the VPS would be the best solution for you. Additionally you can host all your sites/as many as you want, on the VPS!

If you get a VPS you can install your own control panel on it. It will give you alot more flexibility. However, you didn't told us why your reseller isn't cutting it anymore. Also, please create your own thread ;-)

What is your budget for this service?? And do you mind me asking you what is your primary use of the server (such as what will it be hosting, providing for) as your requiring cPanel control panel so I assume you will be doing web hosting, is there a dedicated type of solution or web hosting package you will be providing to a limited-only clientele?

The reason I ask is because of your "unlimited bandwidth" requirement, usually people requesting unmetered bandwidth, or dedicated amounts of bandwidth is because they're offering to a limited clientele and/or requring for a limited type package offering to a limited type of services such as:

Streaming sites, File hosting, image hosting, web-backups, and or things such as large forums, or Adult Sites, download sites, things to that nature.

This would also help as some providers might not allow the content needed to be allowed and so on. There is some providers that do offer unmetered bandwidth for their Virtual Server packages on a limited uplink (10mbit) etc.

Your budget also reflects if your able to obtain a package with cPanel, unmetered data transfer, and what your other requirements need to be meet.

You should be requesting at least 512MB Dedicated Memory, and at least 768MB+ v/Swap.

I am sure you will something within that price range but try to avoid getting the cheapest server.
