I'm looking for an offshore linux host preferably in Sweden, Iceland, or the Netherlands for a number of Wordpress sites that shouldn't need much bandwidth.

My current host offers plenty of bandwidth under their cheapest package, but only 1 domain and 2 addon domains. I will need to host 10 or possibly 20 addon domains and need a host that charges based on bandwidth, not domain count.

would they be high volume sites ? Reason I ask is that wordpress can use quite a lot of resources for high volume/large size wordpress sites.

There several good hosts in The Netherlands. However, you'll need VPS or dedicated hosting if your WordPress sites are running plugins. And then based on your name -- "autoblog" -- some hosts are not friendly towards spam blogs, regardless of their country location. (Too many DMCA type complaints for stolen content.)
