Many websites have faced a hit after Google panda update & one of the reasons was too many backlinks that were created too fast. I have personaly developed this link building strategy of Google groups & social bookmarking. It generates backlinks in a consistant manner over time and gives you a better SERP & increase in Google PR as well.

I'll suggest to provide me with at least 2 domains and up to three inner links of these domains (total of 5 URLs).
each URL will be submitted to 35 social bookmarking websites & 5 Google Groups everyday. That makes 40 backlinks everyday to one URL.
And 40 X 5 URLs = 200 links each day.
In my expereince, getting up to 60 backlinks in a day is safe. If you get more than 60 backlinks in a day, Google can consider it spamming so, we always stress over getting slow but persistent backlinks.
If you have only one website to submit, i'll suggest to let us make the submission process a bit slow. Let us create 50 backlinks daily to your website. The process will complete in 20 days and you'll receive daily submission report.
