Not Happy With End User Support From EZPZ Hosting


As of right now I have a support ticket open for 1d 3h 50m with a question that I can't answer and nothing at all from EZPZ support.

I'm not trying to knock EZPZ at all but is this something that you would brush off or should I be upset?

And one last question if you use end user support who do you have hosting with and how would you rate their response time?

I can't seem to match your name with a customer account. What domain do you have hosted with us? It's possible either the end user support isn't setup correctly or it's a ticket we're not able to answer.

I can understand if you've come to depend on this for your exclusive support means. However no one is perfect or beyond mistakes.

I think several of the very "entitled" users here (not all - but several) would feel like they should get an entire year of free hosting plus a refund for something that is a "FREE Value Added" bonus.

Then again I may be biased.
