Unfortunately support is very stupid. they can not solve simple questions and do not respect time.
installing a server makes more than 1 week
additional addresses issue of more than 1 week
KVM connect with the accident for 24 hours.
constantly demand money. and very bad speak English. they are a Hindu.
I am never going to buy a server

Hello,

Obviously that guy dorbik doesn't know what is talking about. I am not going to write a review on IntoVPS, since I signed up with them for a VPS Small only thirteen days ago (one of my sites with them: migato.com), and this is not the right place for reviews, but this sort of stupid defamation makes me sick -and makes me write my first post on WHT, too.

Till now IntoVPS support has been excellent: they answer questions in a matter of minutes. My only problem was CSF not working because the lack of some IPtables: they corrected this issue in not more than 20 minutes. My VPS was up and running in half an hour since I signed up, much less than the time it took me to install CPanel (it is an unmanaged service). Always demanding money? Well, I signed up and paid immediately my bill of 31$ plus VAT, it is a logical and very usual request I think. Their English is very good as far as I can know; faaaar better than mine! They are based in Romania, a new member of the European Union, since 2007 I think. And what if they were hindu? This kind of comment from dorbik is revolting.

I must confess why I decided to give a try to a company that was just starting their VPS business (although they seem well stablished on other branches of the internet business: Elvsoft, IntoDNS). When someone asked them on WHT why are they so cheap, Christi4n answered: "The service is unmanaged and we do not expect a very high profit for doing nothing". Impressive!

Best luck for IntoVPS. I hope not to have to change my first good opinion in many many months...

We are not Hindu, we are catholics and orthodox in Romania.
We know it's hard for people to trust someone from a country they didn't hear too much about but we decided not to lie about our location.
We could have simply stated we are located in US as some people do to sell more, but that's just a short term lie and will lead nowhere.

I saw this theme in the recommendations about hosting - santrex.net. I just simply want to warn other people that they did not use these hosting. and did not lose time and money.

I was actually planning to try one of thier vps since I need unmetered bandwidth... as for the search.. they seem to host 838 Domains in their company so Im guessing that there are happy customers that are hosted from them... well next week Ill get my money Ill go get 1 of thier vps and let you guys know how it is...
