Any Alternative to Kayako Engage?

Hi,

I am interested in a cheaper of to chat with my site visitors and maybe have a support ticket.

I love kayako and will love to know if there is any better and cheaper alternative to it.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Thank you,
Okoji

For help desk - http://www.activecampaign.com/helpdesk/

For live chat - http://zopim.com

Edit: actually looks like supporttrio's pricing model has changed so it may or may not be a fit.

Is there helpdesk that actually integrates the Live Chat with the Helpdesk like Kayako? One thing I love about Kayako is that the techs can use their helpdesk logins and if clients put the same email address down as their helpdesk account their chats are available right there on top of their tickets.

Ok,

I still need more response but I also like *********.com, it looks like they are ok.

Any other person using it?
