Read up how SSL works. You can only have one certificate per IP address, as the SSL handshake happens before any data (such as host name) is exchanged. That means no virtual hosts support.

Hi,
So, what the issue actually? SSL certificate could work properly in following case:

a) SSL certificate issued for one host (i.e. domain.com)
b) SSL certificate setup on dedicated ip address.

Sure you could use "alias" SSL certificate (some issuer allow this) i.e. for couple of domains but this require specific SSL certificate issuer. Most well known issuer do not allow this (because otherwise they lost money).

You also could use "shared" SSL certificate on same ip address but https:// will gave you error about wrong SSL certificate for all host other than genuine issued.

Hi,

You can run multiple SSL vHosts on one IP Address With SNI (Server Name Indication)

Regards
