You need so much more information. OS, current version, etc. However since you are asking this question to begin with, unmanaged hosting is clearly not for you. For the sake of everyone on the internet, please hire a managed host or someone to maintain security and maintenance of your server. Unpatched servers are the #1 reason we have so much garbage on the net.

Virtualmin takes the os default apache version.
If you are using CENTOS do yum update httpd to upgrade to latest version available in the yum repo.
For ubuntu/deviants use apt-get install apache2
