State the work and you will probably get a lot better response. Configuring can mean a lot of different things on switch/route gear.

Let me explain my case and then ask what i need

I am going to move my server to another datacenter and delete my current ISP account. Also sign new account with a new ISP

What i want is
Just configuration of Cisco router
It may either text file or remote access via TW.
What include would in this configuration.

Setting eth/0, eth/1, NO NAT(i guess this means direct routing), prepare able to register(or add) multiple ip blocks(ex: 111.111.111.50 to 111.111.111.200, 222.222.222.10 to 222.222.222.42, 333.333.333.20 to 333.333.333.120...etc)

For a guru it is really easy configuration.

Unfortunately, that task already done. I hired a French Company and they completed it via remote access.
