Questions regarding PIPA from foreign customer

What is the simplified definition of PIPA for foreigners with US server/provider?

What are the short term and long term effect of this law for us?

Would there be a big chance that we will end-up hosting to UK, Europe, Australia and other Asian countries?

Looks like PIPA came into effect in 2004 with latest amendments in May 2010.
What exact regulations are you referring to or afraid of?
Correct me if I'm wrong - the law is only for Canadian businesses?

In our place, the legislators are now crafting the anti-cyber crime law that would also a sort of a PIPA.
