it has been more than 3 years that we work with
Atjeu.
We have an hosting company (and my friend with another hosting company) have about 12 dedicated server on Atjeu company. They help us every time we have a problem. They offer the semi-managed server, so, if we have a doubt, they explain to us what to do. For example, how to format a second hard disk, how to convert a hdd in ext3 format, how to update kernel on linux, how to upgrade the plesk panel & so on.
Every time we ask something they have the answer. Some time ago, one of our customers, sent a lot of spam from our server. They help us on how to stop it and they go into newsgroup and ask to spews to remove the ip from the filter.
They install every kind of linux and every kind of control panel (plesk, ensim, cpanel, dsm, etc.) and can help you to manage it.
In 25 January they said to us that our win2k server has been hacked (the sql server exploit). They have disconnected server from network, create a cd with patch and install it on the server and put our server back on line. This happen at 3 am!!
Anyway, we are happy to stay with atjeu, and, if you want a professional noc with some real professional person behind
I suggest Atjeu.
