I need a partner/investor to help my web hosting business.

The money would go to registering the company so we would be able to sell hosting legally. We already are operating as a web-hosting company, but we are not legally registered.

It'd be greatly appreciated if I can get some help in registering my company.

Willing to split a negotiable amount of profits for the last two years of operations. We have been operating since September 29, 2009 and have just started our third year of operation. (Sept. 29 2011)

As for why we mention Startup, it's simple - we're still a start-up. In this industry, you're not established until you've passed the five year mark. We're in year three now. And we intend to pass that five year mark, and continue strengthening and growing the industry along with our competitors.

Yes, we do have a formulated business plan... of a sort.

What we are looking for is help in registering, and also help in strengthening our current offerings.

We also intend to use this investment/partnership to begin a project that should be of great benefit to all in the hosting industry.
