My tickets, and apparently everyone elses tickets, emails (rejected), threads both here and on Low End Talk are left unanswered. What I've gathered about the situation is that the Birmingham, AL servers went down for 5 days earlier in the week, and the San Jose servers are still down 5 days and counting. It would appear that eNetSouth is dead right now.
Anyone else have anymore information?

I personally want to keep my servers and be credited for their downtime (the kvm deal i have with them is so good). But I'm going to leave if another extreme outage occurs again
