Any updates on eNetSouth?

My tickets, and apparently everyone elses tickets, emails (rejected), threads both here and on Low End Talk are left unanswered. What I've gathered about the situation is that the Birmingham, AL servers went down for 5 days earlier in the week, and the San Jose servers are still down 5 days and counting. It would appear that eNetSouth is dead right now.

Anyone else have anymore information?

Here are a couple threads on eNetSouth's situation:

Update: Brandon from eNS is apparently alive:

and the comment directly above - someones received an email from him.

I personally want to keep my servers and be credited for their downtime (the kvm deal i have with them is so good). But I'm going to leave if another extreme outage occurs again

Well, you know just as much as everyone else at the moment i'd say!

As a previous client myself, it's a really bad situation, but it's probably best to move on.

I have a virt with them too, no outage lately though but had a few drop-outs at first.

Was only for testing so served it's purpose anyway.

My VPS with them which previously having so much problem were cancelled. And I asked for a refund. They didn't replied to the Ticket for several days.
But they keep posting an offer here. I wonder, did they received/open each of their client Ticket.

If you were on a VMware server in San Jose that went down, it looks like you've got 24 hours (well, less than 24 hours now) to get your data if you need it.
