Hi,
What is the actual VolumeDrive setup time?
VolumeDrive website stated 24-48hours.
But i've wait more than 48hours.
I've sent an email more than 12hours but never get any replies.

You'll probably be waiting another 5-6 days...

Waiting 5-6 days is considered "good" in their book. I've heard of their clients waiting for 20 days in order to provision the server to him. So I guess you will just need to be patient while they get it done.

Just open the Dedicated Server Offers forum and see. Volumedrive's post has got a lot of views and replies.
I would say that with the kind of orders they get, they are doing a good job. You just have to be a bit more patient, my friend.

This.
Also they may be out of hardware, I wouldn't be surprised with their sales.

Whenever you decide to place your order(s) with VolumeDrive, please ask the staff (approximate set-up time) for your server. At times, due to heavy ordering and our fantastic pricing, we cannot get equipment delivered fast enough to meet this same demand. If the set-up time does not meet your needs.PLEASE do not place your order(s) with VolumeDrive. We are not the Post Office or UPS and sometimes cannot control how fast our vendors get our equipment shipped to us.even when we pay extra for overnight shipping! Therefore, once again, please ask our staff the approximate time for set-up for your order(s).If you have an emergency on your server set-up needs, please speak with our staff and request (1-2) day set-up pending availability.

Volumedrive provides great service with great bandwidth and great uptime.
I have been with volume drive for years, And they are the best around.
It takes time to setup 100 new servers just be patient, it will be worth it in the end.
Or you can take your business to another hosting service that is probably a kid running a hosting business in his basement if you want faster setup times.
Volumedrive is worth the wait.

Agreed. All of our servers are custom built from scratch to clients specs. Nothing is out of the box. Same as VolumeDrive I believe. It takes time to build the server, load the OS, load all updates and patches. Configure. Test. Load any control panel. Update and patch. Configure. Test. Setup rack space. test power and network. Install IPs. Rack server. Test. So on. It can be a daunting task.

Volumedrive does unfortunately take a while to setup servers.
I ordered my first server from them last year and it took 2 full weeks for them to get my server up.
That's the bad part, the good thing is that once the server was up it was great - also, they take a while to setup servers but contrary to what I have heard others say their support isn't half bad once your server is finally up.
I had a hd crash on me and they had it fixed in a matter of 2 Hrs for me. Not the best but definitely far from the worst IMO.

Yeah, that seems to be the case in past threads as well.
If you haven't received your order, talk to the host in question.
Best of luck!
