php issue (Network TCP Error).

Hello,

http://www.securejo.com/devslab/clients/alraya/

username for .htaccess

alraya

password

alraya_pWd

When i open the website it's loading fine without any issue, but after reviewing any section more than 3-4-5 times i receive error

Network Error (tcp_error)

A communication error occurred: ""
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.

For assistance, contact your network support team.

i contact the ISP, the website loading fine, and there is no issue, but with me the error doesn't resolve yet, does anyone can assist me in this, i can pay for this issue.

please pm me if you able to fix this issue.

Now it's seems there is no issue, i don't know why it's happen sometimes.. maybe it's a server load or Apache handle issue, any suggestion...?

That is not a PHP Issue, it is an error from your browser (or a proxy in between), not your web server.

Run a ping on the router, your gateway at isp, and your server. and take a look at the pings when it starts messing up again.

Edit: Also you may want to run pings on these ips from an outside source as well.

Its unlikely to be a slightly dodgy internet connection.
The whole point of "TCP" is to be able to handle packet loss and network disconnects while still getting the data to you eventually.

Do you have access to the server in question via ssh or something?
Check the httpd logs while your trying to do the error again..

If your server is linux, try the command below and monitor its output while you recreate the error:

tail -f /var/log/httpd/error
And if the above doesnt give much :
tail -f /var/log/httpd/access

if stuff starts to appear in the error log when you get the problem, Try to figure out what has caused said error.

Maybe also lower the firewall on the server, its possible that its auto blocking your ip for a few seconds to protect itself from too many connections from one IP. ( but put it back online after! )

Oh and when you do get the problem run a traceroute to your server IP and post results here. ( only whne you get the problem )

It's weird.. in the error log it's doesn't show anything..

but in the access log when i browse it fine the log show my access... for ex:

I think most of that can be ignored.
The fact that its got a lot in teh access seems normal ( it looks like its downloading images , js etc from teh server when you browse the pages )

The "304" is being returned as not modified so you probably are not even "downloading" the stuff it says you are anyway..

Odd that no errors appear in the logs ( even TCP drop.. )
