Looking for Europe Dedicated Server
Hello everybody.
Lately I've been looking for dedicated servers in Europe that are very reliable but most of them are in USA.
If anyone knows any company that offers these things below please tell me a link 
Specs:
Windows OS
Anti DDoS (this is a MUST)
Dual Core (2+ Ghz)
3-4 gb ram
2TB + traffic
24/7 Live chat would be prefferable.
Price up to 100-120 euro/month

There are a lot of large companies in Europe
I prefer OVH and after the experiment

Not many providers are going to provide DDOS Protection. Most providers will just null route your IP.
Also budget is quite low if you could find one.
I'll reply again if I find one.

Software DDOS-Protection will help to some amount but it wont be able to block something big.

Right now I got a VDS from godaddy only because they don't have Dedicated Servers in Europe and they helped me when I started to receive DDoS (almost daily) but the performance is too low...that's why I need a Dedicated Server with DDoS protection

Do you have any idea on what kind of DDoS you were getting, traffic volumes or other stats.
If you are getting DDoS daily then I can't imagine many providers wanting your business. We talk a policy to null route like most (but not all) providers if we see high DOS traffic volumes and this is not going to be helpful to you.

Well I don't get traffic, it's more likely it's using all my bandwidth (goes up to 30-50% of a Gbps connection).
My last host was null routing the IP so that's why I needed to find somebody with DDoS protection...and when DDoS happens on the VDS from godaddy I can still use it though it moves as slow as possible (95% not responding) but they can fix the problem in like 5 minutes from the beggining of the DDoS so I doubt it's that hard to block it.

Its not hard to block it, but the provider must have made extensive investments in DDOS mitigation equipment as well as having a 24x7 NOC team monitoring the network.
So its not hard to block it, but its very expensive to develop and maintain the platform necessary to locate, mitigate and filter DDOS attacks.
That is why there is no 'cheap' DDOS mitigation provider.

Hi,
if you could raise your budget to ~400 USD per month you could touch to dragonara.net. They are in EU and they are specialized in protection from DDOS at 1 Gbps level.

Simwood is offering a DDoS mitigation service in the UK: http://www.simwood.com/managed-services/ddos/ . You should ask them if they have dedicated servers. I know they have colocation.
