If something off the shelf is not available I am open to go for a Custom Solution or a Tailored Solution.

Have not decided on a budget. Will depend on the Features/ROI that we can expect.

Difficult to list exact set of features that we want, but you can get a basic idea from the 3 URLs that have been provided. We want something very similar. There might be a basic 5% variance in features.
