What is the best providers for managed vps ?
budget $45 , Ram 1G , cpanel include , usa or euro ....

How much bandwidth and storage capacity do you require?
I would recommend checking LiqudiWeb. They are a little bit more expensive than your budget, but offer great service

How can you say that? You've only just joined yourself....so how can you make sweeping generalisations on peoples' standing here?
I'm not saying Daniel isn't....it's just the generalisation you've applied right across the board yet you have no experience here yourself.
