VPN Connection problem - No Network access

Hi,
I have a Windows 2003 VPS which I am using as VPN server (I have installed NTTACPlus2).
Recently I am having problems with my VPN connections (of course, I should say that there's been some PPTP/L2TP ban on all ISPs-they have blocked all VPN ports).
The problem is that when I connect to VPN, there is no problem and connection is made. But no webpage can be viewed and here is what I see in connection bar: this is a URL: i52.tinypic.com/iznrj8.jpg

(as you can see in the picture) On VPN side, I am seeing the following:
No network access

Can you help me figure out what the problem is? How can it be solved?

vps issue

I would open a ticket right away at the host you bought this from. They should be able to solve it right away,

Hello ,

Windows 2003 is the best platform to use VPN, I would recommend you to configure RRAS service on your VPS to use VPN.
Always people face this problem on windows VPS because of virtual NT adapter.

I would request you to please use following basic steps to configure RRAS service on your windows VPS.

Login your server via RDP >>>click start administrative tools >>>>open routing and remote service >>> right click on it >> configure >> use custom configuration >>> check NAT basic firewall & VPN service >>> click next.

If you follow above steps then I am sure you will not face any problem to connect VPN,

Please check and get back to me if you face any problem.
