What type of problems are you having with the i7 ?

I think your find going downwards to a VPS might cause you more issues then your already having, depending on the issues your having with the i7.

Try not to be vague, more information on what problems you are having?

It would be very difficult to find an VPS with the specifications you asked for which would perform as well as an dedicated server with the same specifications.

Then contact your provider? This is obviously their issue.

Or you could give us more information (last/history/uptime)

by going down do you mean it turns off / reboots or do you mean you can connect to it ?

what does the uptime say for the machine ?

i have managed server
they also working from last 20 days
but no result

Get someone to manage your server,you need to analyze what is causing the server to go down every day.

You're not making much sense.

We know you're with a provider, but you should be taking this issue to them, especially if they're managed.

Ask them why your server is rebooting, or give us more information (check if it its a network issue or a hardware issue by typing uptime and seeing if it really did go down) - either way we have our limits, as such it is your providers problem.

when provider reboot my server then server will UP
but after some hrs with stable load server go down again

A VPS with those specs would probably be around $200 p/month (not an offer) you don't need a VPS you need a beter management company.

They have changed server complete hardware. they build new i7 server for me but problem are still continue

by the way i am with premier provider own data center
