help with redelegation

I was wondering whether you guys could help me with redelegating my domain name to a new server (the new MCHost server, that is). I am fairly new to this business and can't get it running, it seems.

What I received from MCHost (and not much support with it) are these details for my new site:

Server Hostname: madrid.dnsvault.com
Server Host IP: 209.51.159.130

216.180.250.153: ns1.aboehmer.com
216.180.250.154: ns2.aboehmer.com

My Registrar (melbourneit.com) allows me to redelegate my domain manually. So what I did was

1. set up my nameservers under my domain name (I was told to do so by MCHost). So now I have got ns1.aboehmer.com and ns2.aboehmer.com both on the IP 209.51.159.130

2. Redelegate the domain to above nameservers.

But if I access www.aboehmer.com now, nothing happens. Error "Can't find www.aboehmer.com". Any idea why this happens? Did I do anything wrong? Or does it take a while for the redelegation to complete?

Thanks for the input, guys!

DNS Propagation can take a while depending on where the servers are. Somewhere between 24 and 48 hours sometimes even 72.

I did a NSLookup and it seems to point to another DNS

http://www.zoneedit.com/lookup.html?...ard=Look+it+up

DNS Lookup Results
Host Type Value
aboehmer.com NS NS1.MCHOST.com
aboehmer.com NS NS2.MCHOST.com
aboehmer.com NS NS1.MCHOST.com
aboehmer.com NS NS2.MCHOST.com
NS1.MCHOST.com A 209.123.169.173
NS2.MCHOST.com A 209.123.169.174
