Hi,
I have a web site on WordPress and i need a social media plugin which should visible on each post of site. I need such plugin which shows facebook, twitter, Google + and stumble etc.. at the same time. I have seen such plugin on many sites posts but am unable to find those. Kindly send me link or name of that plug in.

Take a look at ShareThis. It's available directly via the WP control panel. At least it was when I downloaded it last year.
