Here is my support Ticket #729684

First, I contacted support several times, each time I spoke with "Ryan"

It started because I tried to pay through google checkout and it said there was an error with your company and google checkout process system. So "Ryan" sent me a personal payment request and I paid it. I asked him to remove other "invoice due" so that it would be setup. Like I said, I paid and here is google checkout receipt: order #667142619135892

I think its messed up because I already lost almost 1 week of the first month.

I've responded to your ticket, we will happily honor your refund and cancellation if you want. The issue seems to be in the system not recognizing your payment, along with us not updating it correctly.

We can either refresh your billing period to the day you get setup, or cancel and refund. Whatever you want to go with, we will do.
