Are there any decent competitors to Teamviewer? preferably with branding/customization options?

Remote desktop, tightvnc, radmin, etc.
Teamviewer is probably the best(you could always email them / call ask for such option).0

I'm not sure about Branding/Customization options but LogMeIn works just as good as Teamviewer.

Take a look at CrossLoop. It's great for remote support, but isn't as fast as TeamViewer. If you get Pro ($70/year) you can add your own logos as well as other useful features.

You should try Logmein, Free Software and haven't had any issue using it for over 5 years.

logmein is your better alternative.
as far as I understand it the other relay on ports being configured the right way etc.
I know VNC can be an absolute ass to setup port wise especially if sites are using vlans etc.
good luck.0

I've been testing products. I think I'm going to go with ScreenConnect. They have branding/customization. Not free but $275 one time fee as opposed to monthly/yearly hosting fees. http://www.screenconnect.com/

Other options are Splashtop (currently free) and Mikogo. I've used them both and both work well.

I'm afraid I'm a big fan of team viewer, however I've used LogMeIn in the past and found it to be excellent for ease of use.

What are you looking to do remote support wise? Are these attended or unattended workstations? You really need to provide more input as to your line of work.

I've tried lots of remote access solutions and Teamviewer is the best hands down.
It's not that expensive to license for business use with branded clients.
Can't be compared to VNC as Teamviewer tunnels itself over port 80 so it gets around 99% of firewalls out there.0
